Pros: Great pay. Great benefits, including catered lunches, snacks, health insurance, etc. Good work-life balance (at least on my team/in my org). Performance measured by impact, not time in office.

Cons: In-office focus. If you are not already remote, expect a high hurdle to clear to get permission to switch to remote or reduce the number of days required in office.

Pros: Free lunch 3 days a week.

Cons: The culture here is cover your a** and blame others. You can do everything right and still get PIPed as a way for managers to shift blame downwards. Incompetent management loom large here, many of whom have failed upwards during the tech boom of the 2010s. Because directors and most managers are untouchable, blame for any problems go to the ICs, and they are the ones who suffer. PIPs are used in place of layoffs and as a way to avoid paying out annual stock grants. There is no severance. It makes management look good to know they saved the company thousands by firing employees while covering up for their own failures. Just because the product is good doesn't mean it's a good company to work for. You will regret working here.

Pros: Good pay, good WLB, good office. French, so they are chill.

Cons: Beware of opt and stem opt people. They will contradict themselves to avoid starting your H1B or EB3/2 process. However, they might say that they will. I wouldn't trust their word.
