Employees are proud to work for Datadog. - As a software engineer, you work for a product you use daily, which is very rewarding. - Very challenging engineering problematics. - I get to work with some of the very best engineers I've met. - There is a real effort to mentor every employee, and everyone makes progress and evolves.

Cons: On-call shifts, they are a must-have but remain a pain.
