The interviewer was 5-10 minutes late for a 45-minute call.
Like many others mentioned, the interviewer was not listening and mostly typing. They asked the same questions multiple times and inquired about information I had already provided.
I then received a cookie-cutter rejection citing a lack of experience with scale, despite my demonstrable experience.
For a company that sells services to engineers, this was a terrible experience.
