Process
Straightforward interview process, phone screen with recruiter, tech phone screen sharing screen with an engineer, and then all day onsite. Michael Monaghan was my recruiter through the whole process. He did an awesome job setting expectations and preparing me for each step of the application and offer process. He was incredibly available, positive, and responsive. Whenever I had a question he was prompt in getting back to me or setting up a phone call. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process with Datadog, and much of the credit goes to Mike!
