Worst interview ever.
It seems to me that there was a huge focus on getting running code to work. My interviewer kept asking me to run the code rather than focusing on the thought process.

Pros: One of the best managements I've ever had, all the way up to the founder, not just my direct manager.
The product is REALLY good, making my life easier as an SE.
I have the chance of working with many new technologies, keeping myself current. It is our goal to support all new technologies used by our customers.
Cons: Benefits are average (not bad, just average).
