Process
I’ve been ghosted by the SA West team. After spending over 20 hours in the process, including a coding assignment, many 1:1s, and a panel interview, they simply ghosted me, even after I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager.
If I am willing to go through the process and put in these many hours, I’d have expected at least a call to tell me that they wouldn’t extend me an offer. Unprofessional team.
