Great engineering culture
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
October 21, 2024
Pros: Healthy engineering culture focused on delivering value to customers. A great place to live the company mission of "breaking down silos" between software engineering and operations. See something, say something. Blameless post-mortems. Be the change.
Cons: The company has grown, and so we have the same challenges as any engineering shop with thousands of contributors.
