- Product build by engineer for engineer (you actually work on something that directly matter to you)
- Very very fast growing company so tons of challenges and interesting engineering challenges to work on (there are no running out of things to do so there are no battle over who works on interesting projects)
- Direct impact of your day-to-day on the product and customer-facing
- Very good culture (New York office) and social interactions (people hanging out after work / people not acting as stranger in elevator / corridor)
- PTO is actually respected (talking about engineering side mostly) as there is a strong French influence and they are not worried about taking a lot of vacation (20-30 days is common)
- Management is young as early employees got promoted as the company was growing but external recruiting is picking up too
- I would say lower than average diversity in engineering to other tech companies
