Every single engineer I’ve met here is passionate, excited about the work, and loves to be there. That’s a strong plus. The work is never boring, and there are always things to learn. I like being there as much as I did 18 months ago.
My manager is fantastic and cares about health and happiness.

The only downside is that even though work-life balance is encouraged and recommended by management, everyone still works around the clock, and the culture seems to head in that direction. It takes strong individual effort to change this for yourself, but it is possible and people will support it, at least in my experience and in my team.
Salaries could be better.
• Try to be kinder, and don’t use “being direct” as an excuse for being rude. Management is made up of mostly kind and good-hearted people that sometimes get lost in the rush.
• Work less and promote time off more!

1st Round Interview: 30-min behavioral call with recruiter. 2nd Round Interview: 75-min technical interview (2 medium or hard LeetCode questions plus extra evaluation). Short and very straightforward process; it seemed to be well-run.
