Amazing offices, great challenges in a fast-paced environment where your employer provides you with all the tools you'd expect in order to succeed.
A mandatory three days in the office might be a hindrance if you are used to remote work, and that policy is really enforced with not much flexibility.
Reconsider the mandatory 3 days in office. Engineers really value that when considering work offers.
