There are tons of smart, thoughtful people working at Datadog. The product is complex, so the problems are very interesting. There is always a lot to do and a lot to learn.
As the company grows, it is normal for priorities to shift toward keeping shareholders and big customers happy. I sometimes think that can hamper innovation, despite ultimately being good for business.
