Datadog

I have 10 years of experience in IT, and I have never seen a company like Datadog. Everything is thought out for you to perform your best.

There is no place for stress or worry; just focus on your work, and you will have a clean, serene head when you go home in the evening. To me, that is such a rare experience in the IT space.

They take care of their people, so their people take care of the company. Yes, it's hard to get in here, but they truly hire the best of the best, and with a good mindset.

I am very happy to be a Datadog employee!

The only inconvenience I can think of is that what we're doing is so unique and such specialized work that the work we do can't be sped up with AI. There are no answers on the web for AI to learn how we do what we do, even though our code is open source. It's constant innovation and challenges, but if you like that, like I do, you will be as happy as me!

CEO/CFO are doing great. They are open-minded and business-focused.

They are French but with American experience, and I think that gives them a good perspective on the world, the market, and employee benefits (which are very competitive).
