Slightly muted personalities. Everyone is extremely smart and into their work, so it's hard to converse about anything outside of work.
Solutions engineers are heavily challenged but are offered an engineering role if they perform successfully. Sales reps work off a performance-based system, which seems very contrary to how the engineering department operates. But I don't know any sales reps personally, so I can't speak for them.
More office/team meet-ups from different locations. I find it extremely motivating when I get to meet coworkers that I've only seen on video chat. I build a whole new respect for people I've met in person.
