Super dynamic environment. You learn a lot; they have many new projects all the time.
Good salary, possibility of traveling.
Some good perks.

The tooling is a mess. For Big Tech, they have some very poor processes and tools, which is surprising given how polished the product they sell is.
The oncall is paid very poorly and is usually not quiet.
Very bad policy for working in another country (at most 5 days in a row).
