Racism and discrimination were what I experienced at Datadog.
HR will do everything in their power to protect their managers who are guilty of this. They will blame everything on you and gaslight.
I was retaliated against for approaching my manager about some inappropriate and discriminatory comments he made in front of the entire team, and HR did absolutely nothing but defend him, even after he retaliated.
You should protect your employees instead of just your managers.
You shouldn't allow racism and discrimination to flourish in your company.
I actually loved working at Datadog overall and didn't want to leave, but at the end of the day, Datadog showed their true colors.
