Good growth at entry level
- Almost every SWE gets promoted to SWE 2 in 1-2 years.
- Amazing WLB.
- Slow growth after SWE 2.
- Not really a meritocracy; more about how long you've been there.
- Benefits suck. Basically no 401k match.
- It's team dependent, but work can be repetitive, and I feel like I'm not learning new things.
Promote based on skill and output, not tenure.

OA, behavioral, technical. The process itself was pretty straightforward and nothing out of the blue. It was a standard Leetcode-style OA with behavioral questions from HR. The technical interview was also standard with engineers.
