- Good pay
- Strong engineering culture
- No diversity in leadership and engineering.
- Too many new hires too quickly. People have mostly stopped trying to meet others outside of their team.
- The NYC office is right next to Times Square. Rush hour is the worst.
- French/American cultural differences that are not discussed are causing some problems. Paris holds the second largest engineering office.

Software Engineer
OA, behavioral, technical. The process itself was pretty straightforward and nothing out of the blue. It was a standard Leetcode-style OA with behavioral questions from HR. The technical interview was also standard with engineers.
