Joined as an intern and got a new grad offer like everyone else in my intern cohort.
Low-ish pay for new grads. Make sure you have a competing offer for leverage. The total compensation package for new grads who are able to negotiate is around $135K base + $25K stocks + $50K signing bonus as of the time of writing.
Pay more attention to employees who joined in 2020. They are stuck in a weird place on the pay scale, between people who made millions from the IPO and new hires who make more than we do, despite us being more senior.

OA, behavioral, technical. The process itself was pretty straightforward and nothing out of the blue. It was a standard Leetcode-style OA with behavioral questions from HR. The technical interview was also standard with engineers.
