The HR team is very committed to interns having a great experience, and there's a lot of support and mentorship. My team was very accommodating, so I was able to work on actually important tasks, which helped me become a better engineer in addition to contributing to the team.
Onboarding is often a mess since teams may use completely different tools compared to the default ones that everyone needs to onboard with.
There's also a lot of information everywhere, but the difficult part is knowing where to look for it.
Another con is that the ERGs are not very well established and are basically just Slack channels with 1-2 messages per week.
