This place has a bunch of really smart folks.
They take really good care of their employees.
Honest, sincere effort are rewarded quite well.
By taking really good care of employees, they make it difficult for employees to quit. This makes it challenging when we want folks to move on. They keep clinging on, which is neither good for them nor the company.
Generally speaking, smart folks can get anything done, but sometimes being just smart is not enough. You need the right people with the right experience.

The first round was coding, which I cleared. Next was the interview. It did not go well, as I was not selected. The questions were too random and not up to my scope. Hence, I was not selected.
