I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

My interviewer arrived 5 minutes late and when she showed up it seemed she was not joining from a meeting room but rather a public space, since there was the background noise of someone else loudly talking. She gave me the problem and then went silent for the most of the remainder of the interview, and did not try to nudge me in the right direction and communicate with me. The problem was okay though, pretty standard, and a good one, but the interviewer did not seem experienced.
