Cons: Communication across teams can be challenging.

Pros: You ship real stuff fast. No layers of approval — you own your features end to end, including infra in most cases. The talent bar is high. I’ve learned a lot just from code reviews and design sessions. Mostly modern and pragmatic — TypeScript, Node.js, Sequelize, AWS. We use things that work and iterate often. Competitive, especially considering it’s remote. Deel uses its own product for global contracts, which is kinda cool.

Cons: I don't see any cons till now.

Cons: Rapid growth means processes are always evolving (but that’s part of the excitement!). Sometimes the pace can feel intense, but it’s always balanced by a supportive team.
