The test task is quite demanding and takes significantly longer than the allocated 3 hours. The test task boilerplate appears to be poorly designed.
I gained the impression that this company strongly encourages its employees to work quickly, often requiring overtime and accumulating technical debt. While salaries are not particularly high (by European standards), the company promotes itself in a contradictory manner.
