I applied online. The process took 5 days.
Interviewed for a technical role. The recruitment process started positively, with quick communication and an initial screening call. During the conversation, the recruiter outlined a fairly extensive interview process and discussed the role in detail.
Unfortunately, the process ended shortly afterwards with a generic rejection email and no meaningful feedback. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of transparency regarding the decision. While I fully understand that not every candidate can move forward, receiving no explanation after spending time in the screening process leaves a poor impression.
The role itself seemed interesting, but the recruitment experience left me with a negative impression of the hiring process.
