The interview process was very smooth. In total, I had 5 rounds.

1. The first was an introductory one with an HR representative. The aim was to learn about the company, explore the role, and discuss previous experiences and skills.

2. This was a technical round with the Hiring Manager, focused on DevOps and Security. He explained the company's tech stack and the expectations for the role, then asked technical questions about DevOps security best practices, k8s/container security, and my previous work. We also discussed cloud security.

3. The third round was more in-depth on security with the Security Head. We discussed infra-security, WAF, DDoS, and past projects. We talked about how I've handled challenges in democratizing security across the company.

4. The fourth round was with the CTO. It was also the culture fitment round. We discussed my alignment with the company's mission and the value I bring.

Overall, I enjoyed talking with everyone I interacted with. All were very calm and receptive, and all rounds were more of a discussion format, not just questions and answers.
