Process

Take-home assignment of "2 hours", which actually takes more time than 2 hours to do.

The interviewer had really bad English, making it really hard to understand the questions. They asked specific React questions about problems they only had in their company and expected us to know "how do you render a different component based on the change of screen size".

I asked the recruiter if there were going to be LeetCode-style questions, and she said there wouldn't be.

Then, at the end of a 1-hour interview (which had already passed the time I had available), the guy with bad English decided to send a LeetCode exercise link over Google Meet. He expected me to access it and share my screen to solve the problem without any warning that it would be part of the interview. Seriously, what?

The result is that I did not have an account set up in LeetCode and couldn't even run the exercise while I was pressured by the interviewer to solve it in 5 minutes.
