The HR representative was often unresponsive and was absent for a couple of weeks. This was very unprofessional.
As a result, many candidates may have wrongly failed their interviews. This was one of the worst interview experiences of my life.

Many questions were asked. The questions themselves were not the problem; the HR lady was.

- You'll grow technically
Cons: - Poor engineering processes.
- Some engineers, engineering managers, and product managers use Deel speed as an excuse to deliver bad results and not improve their processes.
- There's no work-life balance. They will push you to work 80 hours per week, be cautious.
- There's no such thing as unlimited PTO. You are limited to 18 days; if you want more than that, they will consider it as unpaid time-off.
