HR screening followed by a take-home test.
The take-home requirements are sloppily written and the tasks are easy to misunderstand, using inconsistent terminology and vague processes. The whole thing feels super casual, but then they expect it to be done exactly as they envisioned when grading. Basically, you have to mind-read.
They ask you to do this in 3 hours, which nobody will ever do because they also ask for extra stuff (unit testing, frontend implementation). This is "optional," but you have to do it if you want to stand a chance.
Are you okay with working late and hard?
