Process

The interview process involved a first interview with HR, followed by a simple take-home test. After that, I had a technical interview.

Although the position was for a Python/Django role, the technical interview focused more on SQL and database queries.

I did not receive any feedback after the technical interview. It would be beneficial to receive at least a generic rejection email. I inquired about feedback but did not receive a response.

Cons: Working from home makes it difficult to keep boundaries between working hours and personal time, which can lead to overtime.
