Pros: Nice product and talented people.

Cons: It could be stressful sometimes.

Pros: They provide a remote working environment, which was the only reason I stayed.

Cons: They demand you work for more than 10 hours a day, and the work is not technical. Most of the work is to clean and fix code that is patchwork done by their CTO and other early folks. Founders are toxic and want everything done in a day; they themselves are responsible for breaking things in the first place. They behave like a startup when they want things to be done, but during hikes, they behave like an MNC, with a 1-5% hike if one is given at all. 10% is the maximum on promotion, which is only given to people who die for them. For the last year, only 5-10% of people in the company got even this, out of a workforce of 6k-7k people. Their on-call schedule never ends; sometimes the whole team is on-call fixing things, and then the management also wants you to finish your usual work on time. Their stock options are also not great; they want you to pay almost 80% of the current stock price, which does not even make sense.

Pros: - Good place to work - Competent people - Good compensation - Good feedback cycle - Good infra - Good development process

Cons: - Big company with startup speed requirements. - Too many teams can sometimes create strange dependencies between code and decisions. - Workload is sometimes quite heavy if you are not used to the pace.
