I was contacted by a recruiting company.
I was sent a programming challenge that had to be done in a couple of hours (2.5). It was a big test, with many services to be added or fixed.
You wouldn't be expected to complete everything, of course. However, the time window given is unnecessarily tiny for anyone to show what they can do.
Also, it was a full-stack position, and the boilerplate mentioned a command to run the frontend part, but there was no frontend structure in the project at all. As if the time frame wasn't small enough.
I really don't know what they expected to measure with that test.
Furthermore, no one contacted me afterward, offering feedback or even a 'thank you'. For me, it was a waste of time.
Nothing, just the code challenge.
