Pros: Remote only job, can work from anywhere. Mostly clear task requirements. Not much bureaucracy, you can ship work quickly.

Cons: Very tight deadlines. I feel like they make every single request the most important in the world and needs to be finished ASAP, just for the sake of it. Team lead is very responsive and helpful but also obsessed with efficiency. They will question and reprimand you on each task not completed in their estimated time. A lot of check-ins on progress. If the job was adequately paid, I wouldn't say anything about this. But they pay senior engineers far less than other companies while at the same time boasting about record high profits and growth. They cut down on benefits. There used to be a $100 reimbursement for bills or other expenses, but they removed that. I don't plan on staying very much longer; I will leave with the first opportunity.

Pros: Executives listen to teams and make fast decisions and moves to improve day-to-day work. A super-duper fast-growing place where opportunities pop up all the time. A challenging aspect of working here is that the "dealers" are smart, hard-working people, so there is no room for you to not give 110% or more of yourself.

Cons: none as I can track

Pros: Big team with nice people. Remote-first company that has people all around the world. Interesting app, a lot of space to grow. Hard-working people that do all their best. Equity and some nice perks.

Cons: No proper process for sprint planning and task estimation. Fast pacing - you will be rushed all the time to finish things. No respect for personal time; you can be contacted at any time and hour, and there are no standard working hours. You can work 8-14 hours; it's all the same. Because of the 'Yala Yala' rush, suggestions for improvement are rarely heard. You need to deliver, nothing else.
