Cons: - Very little transparency in decision making. - Very hierarchy-driven, where subordinates are expected to obey without offering input. - Often felt like a tool being used instead of a creative part of a team. - Technically very disorganized and not interested in giving capacity to improving legacy systems or methodologies. - Little to no team events (virtual or remote). - Generally not a very kind and motivating culture, focused more on status than collaboration.
