I see a lot of people complain about vague take-home tasks, but this is the idea: how you work with ambiguity. Just make sure you ask questions about anything you don't understand or are uncertain about. Recruiters will be more than happy to answer.

Many unique, important talks and opportunities with influential people from big tech companies around the world.
Extremely fast growth.
Cons: No salary negotiations or salary balance between managers and direct reports (new direct reports can join with a higher salary than yours).
Raises through promotions are not large compared with the amount of work, usually 5%-7% for too much extra work.
PTO rules are completely unclear; sometimes there is a lot, sometimes there is not enough.

- Engaging engineering work.
- Remote-first working means great work/life balance.

Cons: - You will have to be proactive and driven to move forward constantly.
