Work style is flexible and asynchronous in nature. It's a very fast-paced environment, so you get to see things in motion and lots of things being shipped quickly. This gives you that startup feel within a huge company. Meetings are quick and to the point. Fellow employees are knowledgeable and professional.
No major cons. If you are fluent and strong in your role-related tasks, then you wouldn't face any issues.
