Great culture for engaged people
A really good place for developers that want to grow. The culture will not get you by the hand and show you everything, but you will have the opportunity to touch everything in the product, understand the working gears, and will be supported by great developers that are ready to help you out in case you need it.
The list of cons are small and mostly nitpicky. The company is growing fast, so it is sometimes hard to follow up with the changes. There is some bureaucracy that needs attention from people in high places, demanding time to fix something that could be simple.
