- The fast-paced environment generates some brittle and incoherent engineering processes.
- Not recommended for junior or inexperienced engineers; it can be too challenging for them.
- There was a very good benefit, but it was removed.
- Try to have more clarity on the onboarding for each role.
- Define a strong and realistic engineering flow to avoid problems with the deadlines. (For example, you cannot set a feature deadline in 2 days when the data model or the UI are not even defined yet.)
