There's a strong emphasis on support and improvement, driven largely by my amazing Team Lead. They are supportive, highly understanding, and consistently encourage me and the team to always improve and take on new challenges.
In addition to the excellent work environment, the pay is competitive, and the flexible working hours make achieving a good work-life balance straightforward.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind at the moment. The company has successfully addressed all the typical friction points, including tools, culture, leadership, and pay, that developers often face.
