Great place to grow: my positive experience as an Engineer
Deel has a significant impact on the market. With that come a lot of opportunities to learn and to solve meaningful and engaging challenges, both of which helped me to grow quickly.
The culture and coworkers are great. I have the opportunity to work alongside great-minded people from all over the world, which is not something you get everywhere. Overall, the environment is very friendly and supportive – and I can say that not only for my colleagues, but for leadership as well.
If remote work and a flexible schedule sound like a good thing to you, then you'll feel right at home, because Deel really is committed to it.
I'm happy with the compensation and the review process. If you do good work, it rarely goes unnoticed in my experience.
In conclusion, I recommend it!
The remote work and fast pace have their own cons, always. But this is a general preference, which is not specific to Deel.
