Pros

Able to work remotely. Deel provides tech equipment of your choice.

Cons

Apart from management being toxic, they don't value top performers. For them, everyone is the same, so don't bother delivering; just do enough to keep the job.

If you accept this toxic environment, just make sure that you are getting paid well from the beginning, or do two jobs as most of the new joiners are. I don't blame them; that's what they should do.

Advice to Management

Value your employees based on their performance.

Good engineers are leaving or dropping their performance because of it.

Engineering does not improve by magic; there are people who do it. Otherwise, sooner rather than later, competitors will catch up.
