Interesting app, a lot of space to grow.
Hard-working people that do all their best.
Equity and some nice perks.
No proper process for sprint planning and task estimation. Fast pacing - you will be rushed all the time to finish things. No respect for personal time; you can be contacted at any time and hour, and there are no standard working hours. You can work 8-14 hours; it's all the same. Because of the 'Yala Yala' rush, suggestions for improvement are rarely heard. You need to deliver, nothing else.
People will start to burn out and will leave one by one. You need to do something and have a proper process.
