Big team with nice people.
Remote-first company that has people all around the world.
Interesting app, a lot of space to grow.
Hard-working people that do all their best.
Equity and some nice perks.
No proper process for sprint planning and task estimation. Fast pacing - you will be rushed all the time to finish things. People will start to burn out and will leave one by one. You need to do something and have a proper process.
