Deel is an amazing place to work. I have been working here for 2 years, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for.
The company culture is great for me. Work from anywhere :)
The leadership team is top-notch. They are approachable, supportive, and truly care about the well-being and growth of their employees.
There are numerous opportunities for career growth and development at Deel, and the company is committed to investing in its employees' professional development.
No company is perfect. But I don't have anything specific to mention, except the specifics of remote jobs: their positive side and a bit of the negative as well. Overall, no cons :)
