Pros: Laid-back atmosphere. Work from home is very nice (soon to change, possibly). Everyone has been relatively nice.
Cons: Compensation is very weak compared to competitors. The work-life balance helps a lot, but with looming return-to-work mandates, Dell's advantages will not be worth the poor pay.
The facilities are relatively dated and out of style; my home office has nicer furnishings and equipment. There is no incentive to return to the office.
