I had a very bad experience interviewing with Dell EMC R&D Center at Bagmane Tech Park, Bangalore. The HR department first contacted me over the phone regarding an opening. Since I had domain experience in the same field, I was directly called for a face-to-face interview.
I was interviewed by a person who asked me most irrelevant questions for a firmware development position. The interviewer was very rash. He was only concerned that I should answer what he knew, rather than finding out what my expertise is or what I had previously worked on.
I have attended many interviews, but this was the worst experience ever. I request Dell recruiters not to waste someone's time and resources on this type of interview.
