Cons: 1. Firing will happen every 6 months.
2. Not much focus on business strategies.
3. Recently, Dell moved half of its employees to HCL. This has happened over time, and there is no idea on what basis they made this decision.

Pros: Need more patience. Very good environment. You will be able to know system level. Kind of government duty :-).
* Monthly, you will get a salary.
* Hike depends on your performance and relation to management level.
The only thing is that to stay in Chennai permanently, Dell is the best option. With work-life balance.
Cons: A good strategy for expanding a networking business.
