Complete waste of time. Non-professional behavior I've encountered so far.
The recruiter is just holding other candidates unless they've finalized one.
It took more than a month to talk to the recruiter about the position. After the initial email, the recruiter was either on PTO, vacation, or out for personal work.
Advise: If Dell is serious about filling roles, they should review their existing recruitment process.
