There will be 3-4 rounds of interviews, based on the candidate's experience level.

First, there will be a screening round where candidates' resumes are sorted and screened.

Then, there will be a technical round where the candidate will be asked basic technical questions based on their recent and past work. Problem-solving questions will also be asked.

The next round is also a technical round. In this, the candidate will be asked more core-level technical questions and, if needed, will also be asked to write code for a problem scenario.

The 3rd and 4th rounds are usually manager and HR rounds.

Mostly technical and problem-solving skills.

Questions will also be around the candidate's previous projects and how he/she helped in solving critical problems.

Questions around what keeps the candidate motivated to perform his regular day-to-day work.

How the candidate contributes to the overall vision of the organization.
