Process
Two rounds, conducted over the phone.
The first round was with the prospective team (four on the conference call) and lasted about an hour. It was varied and detailed. They really wanted to know my experience regarding very specific technologies, most notably:
- MVC
- .NET
- C#
- Web Design/JavaScript
Unit testing and software design patterns were also a topic.
Questions
I was asked to explain the "box model". I had not heard the term before, but once they led me down the path of HTML layout and CSS, I was able to explain it.
