There are two technical rounds followed by a managerial round, and then HR. I attended for a .NET developer position, which took around one month to get through all interviews. Each interview lasted approximately 60-75 minutes. The client interview was conducted via Skype.

The first technical round is conducted by the Onshore team. This round covers most of the basic and architecture-level knowledge.

The second round is conducted by the Onsite or client-side team. This level focuses on design patterns, solution-level design, higher-level approaches, and understanding of frameworks. These interviews can last from 60-75 minutes.

The next round is either a managerial or a technical round. The questions are almost the same as in the second round, but with a greater focus from a managerial point of view.
