Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Ireland
Process
I was contacted by a recruiter (EMEA) who saw my profile on LinkedIn, and then we started the process. The position is for Limerick.
It involves four rounds:
- Call from a recruiter (EMEA).
- Technical video interview with an expert Dell employee.
- Video interview with the team leads.
- I am waiting to know if I have been successful, and then there will be an HR meeting.
In general, the process hasn't been difficult. I really felt comfortable speaking with everyone involved.
